Step Fitness Classes at Fitness Plex helps you build stamina and burn fat with basic aerobic routines using an adjustable step platform.

Steps are combined with arm gestures to increase large muscle movements and increase fat-burning. Sequences are performed to music. There is a great amount of stepping up and down, which does increase impact on your lower body, concentrated on your joints.
